The short version

If you do not like it, tell us within thirty days of delivery and we will refund you in full. It does not matter whether the jar is opened. You do not need to send it back.

We ask why, because it is useful to know, but an answer is not a condition of the refund.

How to start one

Email us with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within five working days, though your bank may take longer to show it.

Crystallised honey is not a fault

Raw honey crystallises. It is a sign the honey has not been heat-treated, and the honey is unchanged. Stand the jar in warm water for a few minutes if you prefer it liquid. That said, if you would rather return it, the policy above still applies.
