How long it takes

Orders are packed and dispatched within two working days. Once it leaves us, delivery within the United States usually takes three to five working days, and international delivery seven to fourteen depending on the destination and its customs.

Every order is tracked. You will get the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.

What it costs

US orders ship free over $100; Canadian orders over CA$200; everywhere else, free over the local equivalent of US$200. Below those, rates are calculated at checkout by destination and weight.

Customs and duties

International orders may attract import duty or tax in the destination country. Those charges are set by your own customs authority, are not collected by us, and are the recipient's responsibility. We declare every parcel accurately — we will not under-declare value on request.

If something goes wrong

Jars are packed to survive ordinary handling, but glass is glass. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photograph within seven days and we will replace it or refund it. You do not need to send the broken jar back.
